Job summary

Online Education Services Pty Ltd in Cape Town is seeking a Learning Design Team Lead / Learning Strategist to guide a pod in delivering high-quality online learning programs in line with the pedagogical model.

You will oversee unit delivery, manage Learning Designers, coordinate with university partners and IT to create engaging learning activities, and push continuous improvement in student outcomes and pod efficiency.

Qualifications

• A relevant undergraduate and/or postgraduate tertiary qualification.
• Experience with online learning design and delivery models.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Learning Design pod to develop quality online units.
• Oversee delivery within agreed timeframes and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with university partners, academics, and IT to create engaging learning activities.
