The role requires a strong background in educational theory, curriculum design, and project management, with significant leadership experience and a proven ability to manage complex projects.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in curriculum development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven expertise in instructional design principles, learning theories, and curriculum mapping.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing complex educational projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret educational data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Experience with various learning technologies and digital content creation tools.
• Knowledge of educational assessment strategies and program evaluation.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing collaboration and independent work.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, development, and revision of comprehensive curricula for diverse educational programs.
• Oversee a team of curriculum developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to define learning objectives and content requirements.
• Ensure all curriculum materials are aligned with national educational standards, industry trends, and institutional goals.
• Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes for curriculum content.
• Manage curriculum development projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators on curriculum implementation and best practices.
• Conduct research on innovative pedagogical approaches and educational technologies to enhance curriculum design.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing curricula and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of all curriculum development activities.
