Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in process improvement, operations analysis, or logistics within a warehouse.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Proficiency in Excel, Minitab, and process mapping tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current warehouse processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains.
• Develop and implement lean methods and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect, analyze and interpret operational data to spot trends.
• Design and document new or improved procedures and workflows.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to implement changes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to process efficiency.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to assess performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate training on new processes and best practices.
