Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations analysis or similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse operational data, including throughput, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and costs.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor efficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for process optimization.
• Support implementation of new warehouse technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and optimize labor allocation.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on performance and improvement initiatives.
