Placements24 is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer to join our client’s Cape Town operations. You will map and optimize supply chain processes, drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and develop KPIs to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience applying Lean and Six Sigma to solve complex operational problems.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Map and analyze current supply chain processes including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track impact.
