About the Role

Our client, a major retail logistics operator, is seeking a data-driven and innovative Warehouse Process Improvement Analyst to join their team in Polokwane, Limpopo . This critical role focuses on analyzing existing warehouse operations, identifying inefficiencies, and developing and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality. The analyst will work closely with warehouse management and operational teams to map processes, collect data, identify root causes of issues, and propose data-backed solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies within a warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
