Qualifications

• Certified in Lean or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and change management skills.
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational excellence programs and strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma.
