Placements24 seeks an experienced Operations Excellence Manager for its team in Mahikeng. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices, and driving efficiency across all operations in a hybrid work setup.

You will lead initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure high quality and service delivery. A proactive leader will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management or a dedicated continuous improvement role.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certification is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of operational excellence programs across the organization.
• Analyze current operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategic solutions.
• Develop and deploy methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to implement process changes and drive sustainable improvements.
• Establish KPIs for operational excellence and monitor progress towards targets.
• Train and mentor staff on operational excellence principles and best practices.
