Placements24 is seeking an Operations Optimization Specialist to join the team in Mahikeng. The role focuses on analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing lean improvement strategies in collaboration with multiple departments in a hybrid on-site model.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and has at least 3 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, and project management, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and data analysis software.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Hybrid work environment requires effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational procedures and workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and lean methodologies.
• Create detailed SOPs and performance metrics to measure impact.
