Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior specialist role.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for a wide range of technology roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cloud, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure).
• Exceptional understanding of the technology market and talent landscape.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Expertise in various sourcing methodologies and recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, results-oriented environment.

• Experience or familiarity with the Tembisa, Gauteng business environment is a plus.
