You will be at the forefront of customer interaction, ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience, while also providing guidance and support to fellow store associates. You will be instrumental in upholding our client's brand values and driving customer loyalty through superior service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement initiatives, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
• Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and issue resolution, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Train and mentor new and existing store associates on customer service best practices and product knowledge.
• Handle complex customer escalations and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Contribute to in-store merchandising and visual presentation standards.
• Manage daily store opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock management processes.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and operational improvements.
• Undertake remote administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and communication as required by management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing retail role, with at least 3 years demonstrating leadership potential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience in training or mentoring team members is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work model, balancing in-store duties with remote responsibilities.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some public holidays.
