Placements24 in Gauteng invites a driven Lead Store Associate and Customer Experience Specialist to join our client’s hybrid retail team in Tembisa. You will lead customer interactions, guide fellow associates, and help ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

This role blends in-store engagement with remote administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting. You’ll train staff, handle escalations, and contribute to merchandising while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing retail role with leadership potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
• Experience training or mentoring teammates is a plus.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement initiatives to maintain high service levels.
