• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate client business objectives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the capacity to advise at executive levels.
• Proven experience in managing and developing recruitment teams.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the Tembisa, Gauteng market or similar industrial hubs is beneficial.
