Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Senior Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement for its Klerksdorp operations. You will analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized processes that boost productivity and cut costs.

You will work with client teams to drive operational excellence and support sustainable growth in the North West region. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, proactive communication, and a track record of delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business Administration, engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business process analysis and improvement.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other recognition process optimization frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess current business processes, documenting workflows and identifying key performance gaps.
• Design and implement improved operational procedures using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
• Train client personnel on new systems and methodologies to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Measure and report on the impact of process improvements against defined KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and solicit feedback.
