Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Lead Business Process Improvement Consultant to drive transformation for diverse clients in Cape Town. You will diagnose complex challenges, architect innovative solutions, and guide clients through change initiatives in a client-facing, project-driven environment.

The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma expertise, operational excellence, and strategic organizational design to optimize workflows and sustain growth in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in business process improvement, operational consulting, or a related field.
• Proven success in leading large-scale process transformation projects.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant discipline.
• Ability to work in a client-facing, project-driven environment within Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and redesign of core business processes across client functions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and other process optimization methodologies to identify inefficiencies and waste.
• Develop and implement robust process improvement strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive adoption of new processes.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor client teams on new process methodologies and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to executive leadership.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base and best practices in process improvement consulting.
