The ideal candidate has 15+ years in electrical design with leadership experience, deep power systems expertise, and strong communication skills to manage remote teams and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in electrical engineering design and system architecture.
• 5+ years in a principal or lead role.
• Deep knowledge of power system analysis software and CAD platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of large-scale electrical systems and infrastructure projects.
• Define system architectures, specifications, and technical roadmaps for advanced electrical solutions.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers, fostering innovation and high performance.
• Oversee creation and validation of complex electrical schematics, power distribution designs, and control philosophies.
• Conduct advanced power system analysis, including stability studies, fault analysis, and arc flash assessments.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international standards, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Drive development and implementation of new design methodologies and technologies.
• Perform critical design reviews and provide technical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Manage technical risks to ensure safety and reliability in designs.
• Author high-level technical documentation and proposals.
• Represent the company as a technical expert in forums and client discussions.
