You will guide the design of advanced electrical systems across international projects from concept through detailed documentation, setting design standards and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical system design.
• Proven leadership of design teams on complex projects.
• Experience with international electrical codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process for diverse projects ensuring compliant solutions.
• Develop schematics, single-line diagrams, power layouts and control systems.
• Mentor engineers and designers, promoting technical growth.
• Conduct design reviews for quality, safety and standards compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, PMs and other disciplines via virtual channels.
• Perform load forecasting, fault current, arc flash and grounding studies.
• Spec and select electrical equipment and materials.
• Stay updated on new technologies and regulatory changes globally.
• Produce design documentation (drawings, reports, specs) accurately.
• Manage resources and timelines in a remote environment.
