Placements24 seeks an experienced Lead Curriculum Developer to head the creation of engaging educational content for multiple platforms in Midrand. You will guide instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop standardized curricula aligned with best practices and learner outcomes.

You will oversee a team, shape the future of learning materials, and ensure pedagogical soundness and accessibility for diverse students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in curriculum design and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE/SAM).
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and development of curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and assessment tools for multiple education levels.
• Manage a team of curriculum developers, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to integrate multimedia elements into materials.
• Review existing curricula to align with standards and technology advancements.
• Oversee piloting and evaluation of new modules and gather feedback for refinement.
• Ensure content meets accessibility standards for diverse learner needs.
