Qualifications
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years in industrial engineering with focus on supply chain & logistics.
- Strong experience with WMS, TMS & ERP systems.
- Proficiency in simulation tools and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of optimized supply chain and logistics strategies.
- Develop and refine warehouse layout and material flow to maximise space and throughput.
- Analyse transportation routes, modes, and carrier performance for cost savings & service improvements.
- Implement and manage advanced inventory management and demand forecasting systems.
- Utilise simulation and modelling tools to test proposed improvements.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for supply chain performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and customer service to align strategies.
- Manage projects from conception to completion within budget and schedule.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
