You will lead and mentor engineers and analysts, oversee WMS/TMS integrations, and build robust business cases for senior leadership approval.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial engineering with a strong focus on supply chain and logistics.
• Proven expertise in supply chain modeling, network optimization, and WMS/TMS implementation.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in statistical analysis, simulation, and data visualization.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage a team of technical professionals.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current supply chain technologies and trends.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities
