Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• 8+ years in industrial engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in supply chain modeling, simulation and optimization software.
• Strong knowledge of WMS and TMS.
• Lean and Six Sigma methodologies applied to supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map complex supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Design and manage optimized layouts for warehouses and distribution centers.
• Lead inventory control strategies to balance costs and availability.
• Utilize modeling and simulation to test proposed solutions.
