Placements24 seeks a Lead Industrial Engineer to spearhead supply chain optimization at our Centurion, Gauteng facility. You will redesign and implement robust strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance across the organization.

You will leverage advanced analytics and modeling tools to map, analyze, and streamline complex networks, while mentoring a team of engineers and coordinating with procurement, production, and distribution.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with supply chain focus.
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex supply chains.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and lead times.
• Analyze current supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and design improvements.
• Implement and manage inventory management systems and lean techniques like JIT and MRP.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, distribution, and sales to ensure integration of activities.
• Use simulation/modeling tools to evaluate proposed changes and configure operations at Centurion site.
• Develop KPIs to monitor supply chain health and report to senior management.
• Lead and mentor industrial engineers and supply chain specialists.
