Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in process simulation, statistical analysis, and operations management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of complex industrial engineering projects.
