Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Env Engineering Supervisor.
• Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Clear security screening record.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate good communication and report writing skills.
• Sound analytical and statistical abilities.
• Knowledgeable of MS Office & SAP.
• Knowledgeable of applicable legislation and codes of practice.
• Knowledge of ventilation and occupational hygiene systems.
• Understanding of measurements and calculations related to ventilation and occupational hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ventilation and occupational hygiene labour plans around targets.
• Inspire team members towards high performance.
• Drive SHE compliance and reporting within the unit.
• Maintain ventilation and occupational hygiene systems for safety and productivity.
• Provide coaching and develop staff through training and mentoring.
• Coordinate with external service providers on related projects.
• Ensure legal reporting requirements for ventilation and occupational hygiene are met.
