Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed calculations for load forecasting, fault current analysis, arc flash studies, and grounding systems.
• Select and specify electrical equipment, components, and materials appropriate for project needs.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes in electrical engineering globally.
• Ensure accurate and timely production of all design documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Manage design resources and timelines effectively within a remote working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical system design, with a significant portion in a lead or senior role.
• Expertise in industry‑standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Revit MEP, ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
• Proven experience in leading design teams and managing complex electrical design projects.
• Deep understanding of international electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent international certification is highly preferred.
