Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Head Diving Instructor for a premier dive center in Cape Town. You will lead a team of instructors, develop training curricula aligned with PADI standards, and ensure top-tier safety and customer experience for divers of all levels.

You will oversee operations, schedule courses, and mentor staff while promoting marine conservation and exceptional service in the Western Cape waters.

Qualifications

• MSDT or higher PADI certification required.
• Minimum 3 years instructional experience.
• Strong knowledge of diving safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of diving instructors.
• Develop and deliver PADI-aligned training curriculums.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety compliance with standards.
