About the Role

Our client, a premier aquatic sports and adventure centre located in the vibrant coastal city of **Cape Town, Western Cape**, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Diving Instructor & Centre Manager. This multifaceted role involves leading a team of dive instructors, managing day-to-day operations of the dive centre, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing dive programs, managing inventory, conducting training, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the facility. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of certified dive instructors and divemasters.


• Oversee all diving operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and international standards.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of diving theory, techniques, and safety procedures.

• Proficiency in dive equipment maintenance and repair.


• Experience with budget management and inventory control.


• First Aid and CPR/AED instructor certification.
