Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in caregiving with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in training and mentoring staff.
• Strong elder care and home-based care knowledge.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer apps.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of caregivers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Develop and implement training programs for caregivers.
• Conduct caregiver evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with scheduling and client care assignments.
• Address client and caregiver concerns professionally.
