Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural or Bridge Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive bridge design and project management experience.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA required.
• Proven leadership in delivering major bridge projects.
• Experience with MIDAS Civil, CSIBridge and LUSAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization, design, and analysis of bridges (highway, railway, pedestrian).
• Mentor a team of bridge engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Oversee detailed design calculations, drawings, specs, and contract documents for bridge construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and analysis of various types of bridges, including highway, railway, and pedestrian bridges.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural or Bridge Engineering.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in bridge design and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering significant bridge construction projects from conception to completion.
• Expert knowledge of bridge analysis software (e.g., MIDAS Civil, CSIBridge, LUSAS) and CAD software.
• Strong understanding of materials science, including concrete, steel, and advanced composites used in bridge construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) registration with ECSA is required.
• Experience with different bridge types (e.g., suspension, cable-stayed, segmental) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with contract administration and construction supervision principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
