Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Designated Agent in Bellville to drive compliance, case management and stakeholder engagement. You will conduct site visits, investigations, and issue compliance orders, while facilitating mediations related to industry agreements.

The role requires 3+ years HR/ER experience, a relevant degree or PGDip in HR/Business Management, and fluency in Xhosa and English. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are essential, with residency in Paarl.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• Degree or PGDip in Business Management / HR is a must
• Valid driver’s license with own vehicle
• Must reside in Paarl
• Proficiency in Xhosa and English (non-negotiable)
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum 3 years’ HR/ER experience (disciplinaries, CCMA)
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Facilitate mediations and conciliations related to industry agreement compliance
• Provide education and training on labour conditions and collective agreements
• Document, capture, and maintain accurate records on relevant systems
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective case management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management / Human Resources is a must!
• A valid driver’s license with own motor vehicle
• Must reside in Paarl
• Proficiency in Xhosa and English languages (non-negotiable)
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a related environment i.e HR/ER experience i.e. disciplinaries, CCMA, etc.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
