Job summary

Placements24 seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to join our HR team in Klerksdorp, on-site, within the North West operations. You will manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring fair application of policies and compliance with labour laws.

You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, develop training on employee relations, and promote a constructive, ethical workplace culture through proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in employee relations or labour law.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law and industrial relations principles.
• Proven experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing disciplinary hearings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
