Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Agent to join its team to perform compliance-focused duties in the Cape Town region. The role involves site visits, inspections, and audits, plus managing investigations and preparing assessments for claims.

You will issue compliance orders, facilitate mediations, and provide education on labour conditions and collective agreements, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 required.
• Relevant Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management / Human Resources is a must.
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ HR/ER experience (disciplinaries, CCMA, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide education and training on labour conditions and collective agreements
• Document, capture, and maintain accurate records on relevant systems

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management / Human Resources is a must!
• A valid driver’s license with own motor vehicle
• Must reside in Paarl
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans languages (non-negotiable)
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a related environment i.e HR/ER experience i.e. disciplinaries, CCMA, etc.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
