Job summary

Recruit-It is seeking a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) to lead high‑complexity incident resolution, ensure SLA targets, and mentor junior team members.

The role involves analyzing root causes, creating knowledge articles, collaborating with automation teams, and delivering onsite field engineering when required.

You will document network configurations, participate in CAB changes, and drive improvements across processes and disaster recovery testing.

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent).
CCNA Enterprise certification (preferred).
CCNP Enterprise - advantageous.
ITILv4 Foundation certification desirable.

Responsibilities

Proactively monitors ticket queues and resolves incidents/requests within SLA.
Provide second level support and identify root causes.
Escalate with appropriate change approvals and CAB participation.
Coaches L1/Service Desk teams and documents resolutions for knowledge bases.
Collaborate with automation teams to optimize tasks and implement improvements.
Participate in disaster recovery tests and project work when required.
