Job summary

Sasol Limited is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to deliver specialised support and expertise for a portfolio, enabling access to learning tools and programmes aligned with business needs. You will translate requirements into effective learning solutions and drive capability development across the organisation.

You will source learning products, evaluate providers, ensure quality standards, and support reporting and analytics to track impact and alignment with the BU’s PIVOTAL plan. ”

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in Learning & Development roles.
• Experience with South Africa BBBEE and regulatory context.
• Proven ability to source and manage external learning providers.
• Strong collaboration with HR, business units and management.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as Learning’s main contact to provide learning solutions for a critical function.
• Align learning initiatives with broader talent and corporate strategies.
• Source learning products and services to meet defined solutions and budgets.
• Evaluate providers and log vendor evaluation data.
• Ensure learning interventions meet quality standards and reporting requirements.
