• Ensure alignment with broader learning initiatives, strategies, and talent management.
• Source learning products and services to enable scalable solutions for the business unit.
• Evaluate learning service providers and recommend suitable offerings.
• Ensure cost-effective training interventions with maximum transfer to the workplace.
• Provide required reporting and analytics for the assigned portfolio.
