Job summary

You will champion engaging training delivery, manage LMS data, and partner with HR and leaders to align interventions with business objectives, ensuring impact and growth across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing curricula and blended learning solutions.
• Strong facilitation skills for virtual, hybrid, and in-person sessions.
• Ability to analyze training needs and measure ROI.
• Experience managing multiple L&D projects and vendors.
• Knowledge of LMS data integrity and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs and materials.
• Create blended learning experiences using digital platforms and workshops.
• Deliver dynamic training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Conduct needs analysis and evaluation frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end L&D projects and reporting.
