Stryker is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Visualization in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. You will drive territory revenue and build partnerships with clinicians, procurement, and commercial teams while applying product, clinical, and market knowledge.

You will lead complex sales opportunities, manage tenders and pricing, and ensure compliant, value-based solutions for customers, with a field-based, travel-heavy focus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry
• Knowledge of medical device environment and regulations
• Proficiency in spoken and written English

• Own territory sales performance and achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute territory business plans using customer insights and market dynamics.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from qualification to close with consultative, value-based selling.
• Manage tendering, pricing, proposals and negotiations with internal stakeholders.
• Build long-term relationships with clinical, procurement and commercial stakeholders.
• Advise customers on product benefits with regulatory and compliance considerations.
• Support sales partners with training, joint engagement, and pipeline coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer and business outcomes.
