Job summary

Stryker South Africa is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Trauma & Extremities to lead a 15-20 person team across Limpopo, Pretoria, and Northwest. You will shape regional strategy, drive sales growth, and strengthen customer partnerships to improve healthcare outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field, 10+ years in sales with 5+ years leading teams, and fluency in English; experience in medical devices and revenue of USD 7-10M is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years in sales in a commercial environment, including 5 years leading sales teams.
Medical device industry experience.
Experience managing regional sales revenue of USD 7-10M and teams of 15-20.
Strong understanding of financial management, forecasting, and P&L.
Fluency in spoken and written English.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans including forecasting and pipeline management.
