Placements24, on behalf of a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, seeks a Regional Sales Director to oversee KwaZulu-Natal sales operations from Durban. This senior role drives revenue growth, expands market share, and leads a high-performing team.

You will develop regional sales strategies, manage key accounts among healthcare professionals and institutions, collaborate with marketing on promotions, ensure compliance, and deliver forecasts and budgets to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing or related field is required.
• Master's degree is a plus for advanced strategic leadership.
• Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with 3+ years in sales management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Lead and coach a sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
• Manage key accounts and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
