Job summary

Stryker South Africa is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for KwaZulu-Natal to grow our Visualization business. You will drive revenue, build key customer partnerships, and translate clinical insights into value-driven solutions aligned with regulatory requirements.

In this field-based role, you will develop territory plans, manage tenders and negotiations, train partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver superior customer outcomes across hospitals and clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
• Knowledge of the medical device environment and regulations.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Endoscopy product portfolio exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own territory sales performance with revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute territory business plans using market insights.
• Lead complex sales opportunities from qualification through close using value-based selling.
• Manage tendering, pricing, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Build long-term relationships with clinical, procurement, and commercial stakeholders.
• Communicate product benefits while complying with regulatory requirements.
• Support sales partners with training, engagement, and pipeline coordination.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer and business outcomes.
