Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a field-based Sales Representative in the Pretoria area to drive growth of our orthopaedic products. You will build relationships with surgeons, plan local activities, and achieve sales targets through in-person customer engagements.

You will coordinate educational events, support the referral network, and ensure compliant product handling and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of recon sales experience are required; extensive travel up to 95% by car

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' proven experience in recon sales.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with key surgeons in the given area.
• Builds and implements a sales plan for the assigned area, manages and tracks customer sales activity and initiatives, achieves sales targets and reports on progress to sales leader.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes local educational and sales events to augment the business and deliver assigned goals.
• Supports referral network of key surgeons and educates referrals on Zimmer Biomet products.
• Adheres to all laws and Zimmer Biomet policies and SOPs regarding interaction with HCPs, product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities, and training.
