Underground Ecom is a leading retention marketing agency partnering with ecommerce brands. We seek a CRM Manager to lead strategy and execution for 3–5 clients, focusing on Klaviyo automation and multi-channel retention programs. Hybrid in Cape Town with in-office 3 days a week.

You will manage client communications, content calendars and a creative team, delivering campaigns and reports that exceed expectations. A marketing background and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Experience in account and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple accounts.
• Proficient in email marketing tools and best practices.
• Self-starter with a passion to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Develop retention strategies for 3–5 ecommerce clients.
• Create content calendars, sending schedules and segmentation plans.
• Map and build automation in Klaviyo (flows and campaigns).
• Explore additional retention tactics (Messenger, SMS, loyalty programs).
• Present reports and strategies to clients, ensuring alignment and value.
• Lead campaigns, flows and technical execution within Klaviyo.
• Oversee a creative team to deliver quality content on time.
• Collaborate with Client Success to maximize client retention during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday).
