Job summary

Chronos Agency is seeking a Client Strategist in Cape Town to lead data-driven marketing strategies for client accounts. You will own client outcomes, guide the pod, and optimize campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels to maximize retention and revenue.

In a remote-friendly setup, you will manage briefs, coordinate between design, copy, and activation teams, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in email/SMS/push strategies or client strategy.
• Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or creative agencies.
• Klaviyo and Shopify proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own account performance against revenue forecasts and retention KPIs.
• Develop living gameplans and prioritize high-leverage initiatives.
• Lead pod coordination and ensure timely briefs and standups.
• Communicate proactively on performance and client outcomes.
• Ensure brand voice, segment logic, and flow quality before delivery.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to enhance client marketing efforts.
