Liquid Thought Group is seeking a Senior CRM Manager in Cape Town to develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies across consumer and business segments. You will lead lifecycle campaigns, manage marketing automation, and partner with Brand, Data, and Design teams to deliver personalised communications and drive KPIs.

The role requires 5+ years in CRM, experience with enterprise CRM platforms (Braze preferred), strong analytics, and a proven track record in ecommerce/digital environments.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Advertising or Communication.
• 5+ years’ work experience, with at least 2 years in a CRM management role.
• Experience within e-commerce and/or a digital business.
• Solid experience using enterprise CRM solutions such as Braze (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data across platforms.
• Sound understanding of lifecycle and 1:1 (personalised) marketing.
• Proven track record of growing sales through CRM channels.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute end to end CRM strategies to drive personalised customer communications and incentive programmes across consumer and business segments.
• Project manage lifecycle projects and campaigns, working closely with Brand, Data and Design teams.
• Lead the marketing automation strategy in line with transactional, promotional and brand strategies.
• Act as the champion and expert in Braze CRM platform and its features.
• Manage end to end creation and execution of email, push, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns across workflows.
• Establish, report on and improve KPIs for all campaigns and communications.
• Own the creation of operational dashboards tracking first time customer and order KPIs.
• Partner with business to be the CRM best practice expert and customer insights lead.
• Collaborate with data science, brand and performance marketing to leverage insights for lifecycle marketing.
• Work with group companies to drive joint campaigns and increase user engagement.
• Design and launch complex automated campaigns with Braze and other MarTech tools.
• Create and document an optimisation programme (A/B, multivariate) to drive high-converting communications.
• Coordinate with product, operations, brand and sales to align CRM initiatives with core brand proposition.
