Job summary

A leading retail company is looking for a Key Accounts Coordinator I in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will manage administration support for distribution, address client care queries, and ensure inventory levels are maintained efficiently. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in the pharmaceutical or retail sectors, along with Matric and related qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years' experience in areas of customer care, preferably with some experience in pharmaceutical/retail/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the distribution accounts manager.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and discrepancies.
• Resolve customer care queries using CRM/email.
• Generate and compile reports and distribution stats.
• Manage special customer deliveries.
• Identify areas for process efficiencies and cost reduction.
• Handle adhoc requests from clients.
