Absa Group is seeking a systems specialist to support, configure, test and maintain cloud-based HR platforms such as Workday, SAP, Sage and other HRIS tools. The role involves analyzing business problems, implementing changes, and ensuring platform stability across environments.

You will work with a Strategic Lead and Specialist Configurators to optimize HR technology ecosystems, including integrations, reporting, and incident management, ensuring governance standards are met.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in configuring, testing and maintaining cloud-based enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, Sage or other HRIS/HCM systems.
• Knowledge of HR processes and system integrations is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support Tier 1 case management and customer support teams with technical queries.
• Analyse and troubleshoot complex system issues, supporting configuration and implementation changes.
• Ensure design, development, configuration, testing and deployment of platform features align with best practices.
