Job summary

Absa in Johannesburg seeks an experienced platform specialist to support and optimize HR technology cloud platforms. You will work with Workday, SAP, Sage and other HR systems to ensure smooth operation, testing, maintenance, and user support.

The role involves collaborating with configurators, delivering enhancements, and ensuring integrations and reporting align with business needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years supporting, configuring, testing, and maintaining cloud-based applications.
Experience with Workday, SAP, Sage or other HRIS/HCM systems.
Knowledge of HR processes, system integrations, and reporting.
Ability to analyse problems and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Support Tier 1 case management and customer support teams with technical queries.
Analyse and troubleshoot complex system issues; implement configuration changes.
Ensure design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of platform features.
Maintain integrations, reports and business requirements with ongoing changes.
Collaborate within a broader functional team to support the platform.
Provide configuration support across the platform ecosystem.
Assist with HR system enhancements, upgrades and releases.
