Job summary

Absa Bank is seeking an experienced professional to design, develop and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics across the People Function. You will leverage Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Power Query and Excel to deliver trusted reporting and strategic insights for data-driven decisions.

You will build dashboards, KPI frameworks, and workforce analytics, while enabling self-service analytics and collaborating with HR, Finance and Technology stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, HR or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years Workday Reporting & Analytics experience.
• Experience developing Workday reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Strong SQL, Excel and Power Query skills.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics across the People Function using Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Power Query and Excel.
• Develop Workday Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reports, Discovery Boards, Dashboards and Worksheets; translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Build KPI frameworks and workforce reporting standards; enable self-service analytics adoption.
