• Lay and connect copper and fiber optic cables according to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Respond to service requests and provide on-site support to customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document work performed, including installation details and any issues encountered, in service reports.
• Learn and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while working in the field.
