Qualifications

• 2 years working experience including at least 1 Green Star building project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the green certification process ensuring documentation is complete.
• Review submissions from consultants for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead post-construction audits as EDGE Expert.
• Conduct inspections of green sites for compliance.
• Liaise with stakeholders and sub-contractors on site.
• Prepare and submit documents to auditors.
• Monitor project progress and identify certification risks.
